Mpungu is a constituency in the Kavango West region of Namibia. It had a population of 20 787 in 2011, up from 18 660 in 2001. Before August 2013 the town of Nkurenkuru belonged to Mpungu constituency when it was situated in the then Kavango West before the demarcation of the region in two. Following a recommendation of the Fourth Delimitation Commission of Namibia, and in preparation of the 2014 general election, the Kavango Region was spiltted into Kavango East and Kavango West.
Nkurenkuru Constituency was created from an area of Mpungu. Both constituencies belong to Kavango West. The Mpungu Constituency accommodates the only settlement in the region called Katwitwi Settlement.
Titus Kandjimi Shiudifonya of SWAPO was elected as Councillor for the constituency in 2015 and retrieved his position during the 2020 regional elections making him the political leader for the second term until 2025. Shiudifonya was also elected as a member of the Management Committee.
