Internal Audit Section

The Internal Audit Section is responsible for:

  • Developing a risk based Audit Plan
  • Initiate, plan and conduct audits
  • Verify the correctness of financial statements
  • Ensure compliance exists
  • Assess the adequacy of internal control over the properties of the Council
